Face to face can never be replaced. Positive human energy, a spacious welcoming envirement, time for you away from your work & responsibilities. Learn, nurture, challenge, be fully present and treat yourself to APT’s life changing 60 minute session experience.

Studio One Community weekly BODYART class in Richmond - APT launched 9 years ago & the secret is out! A mid-week reset, refresh & relaxation to energise & calm. Tired stressed people arrive - rejuvenated, happy ones leave.

Plus Private Groups of 2-4 people at Phoenix Studio are also available.

Live online classes + recordings

LIVE online purposeful classes unique to APT. Our flexible weekly programs provide a class recording to repeat or slot into your day where it works best for you. Not everyone can or wants to go to the gym or a Studio - flexible and time savvy - APT has created a personalised interactive experience for you. Curated quality express 30 minutes thru to a full 60 minute session experience, combining mind, body & spirit training with a focus on physical therapy based methods - using functional, strength, cardio, Pilates, mobility, release and relaxation techniques to create injury prevention, pain relief and longevity. Book in for one APT Ultimate week or our best value with accountability AND flexibility for a 10 week term, of the perfectly balanced program of APT’s 3 unique classes.
10 to 60 minutes - mindful quality movement will always trump rushed mind-less exercise. Think mindful = effort-less as opposed to mindless = effort-ful.

 

Term bookings

APT runs programs by the term, usually 8-10 week terms. Each term is designed to teach technique & the specific program. As the term progresses, participants can progress at their own pace. There is a weekly focus - keeping simple important principals & fundamentals clearly explored & understood. Most clients like to be accountable and create regular committed time slots in their week. 8-10 weeks, committed to your program is when you truly experience the full amazing heal-thy benefits.

With 46 years of experience & life learning as a professional ballet dancer, Stage Manager, Music & Theatre Charity Director, Mother, Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, BODYART Master Trainer & life long anatomy in motion student ongoing, I am passionately persuing my purpose.

Helping my clients become all they need & want with genuine joy in moving freely & well, is why I created APT 16 years ago. What is ‘apt’ for you?
