APT’s passion is for you to fully connect with yourself - being present, patient and aware, is often unconsciously sucked out of us in modern life. By learning simple, logical processes, you can empower & reconnect your mind, body and spirit.

Establish the basic fundamentals of holistic mindful movement without continual new trend distractions. Through this you will find that the deepening of understanding becomes far more fulfilling and satisfying, than always seeking something new via external sources.

For me bodyART has become a valued and necessary part of my personal well being. Feeling the fluidity and mobility in my movements has enabled me to view the ageing process in my body with confidence and optimism that I will be able to continue doing whatever I wish to do without constraints.
